Join us at West Falmouth Library Saturday, February 23rd 10:30-11:30am for Part two of our series on the economy of West Falmouth Village in the 1800s. Free. Includes a talk, slide show and exhibit on whaling, shipbuilding, commerce, trades, manufacturing, itinerant merchants, teachers, and preachers, land speculators and emerging tourist industries. This project was made possible in part with grant funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services and administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. The library is located at 575 West Falmouth Highway.
