America's Boating Course Starts March 19th

The Cape Cod unit of the United States Power Squadrons’® is presenting America's Boating Course.
America's Boating Course is an approved course and is the organization's primary civic effort toward instruction in the fundamentals of recreational boating. It's designed to familiarize the student with the fundamentals of boating and qualify for certification in states that require boating education before operating a watercraft. The course is open to all persons 12 years and older.
Classes will be given by qualified instructors in boat types, terms, rules of the road, seamanship, piloting, navigation and practical boat handling. The instruction is without charge, however there is a $60 fee to cover the cost of course materials.
When: Tuesday, March 19, 2019 and 5 following Tuesday evenings
Where: C-O-MM Fire Station
1875 Falmouth Rd (Rt 28), Centerville
Time: 7 to 9PM for six week nights
