Coast Guard rescuers prepare to airlift a fisherman at sea off Gloucester (USCG video capture)

From the US Coast Guard:

An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter aircrew from Air Station Cape Cod medevaced a 40-year-old ill fisherman approximately 50 miles east of Gloucester, Massachusetts, Sunday, Mar. 17, 2019.

The aircrew brought the man to Mass General Hospital.
