Job #1 – Service Technician – Cape Wide

Full Time: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all aspects of propane and/or oil systems and appliances. Ability to perform all functions of the job in every weather condition, day and night and participate in “on-call” rotation. Be receptive to and competently use new technology. Consistent compliance with company, state, and federal safety regulations. Must have demonstrated ability to pass state exam for licensing and/or certification for propane service and installation or already hold a valid state license or certificate to perform these duties. Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record required. Salary range is $24.00 to $31.00 per hour with fantastic benefits. ELIGIBLE FOR SIGN-ON AND RELOCATION BONUS OF UP TO $4,000!!

Job #2 – Maintenance Engineer – Mid Cape

Full Time: Must be able to work independently and enjoy working with the public. Dependability is a must. Will assist with maintaining the hotel, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Perform routine and general maintenance on all guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel. A minimum of one-year building maintenance experience in a hotel preferred. This position requires excellent attention to detail. Nights and Weekends a must.
