Rain, mainly after 11pm. The rain could be heavy at times. Areas of fog after 2am. Low around 39. Breezy, with an east wind 13 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between three quarters and one inch possible.
Wednesday
Rain, mainly before 10am. The rain could be heavy at times. Areas of fog before 9am. High near 51. Windy, with a north wind 22 to 29 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Mostly clear, with a low around 38. West wind 13 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph.
