Wareham Police Urge Residents to Lock Their Cars

Several recent reports of unlocked vehicles being gone through...

From the Wareham Police Department:

General service reminder. LOCK YOUR CARS!

Wareham Police Department is requesting everyone lock their vehicles. This applies to vehicles parked in and on: driveways, roadways, parking lots and any other area where someone may access your vehicle(please remember to take your keys out of the vehicle before locking).

We at Wareham PD have been receiving calls over the past couple of days of vehicles that were entered and gone through, sometimes resulting in the loss of property. This is happening in all areas of town.

Please help us by locking your vehicles. Please make sure to tell your neighbors too. Thank you!
