Join Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and the Woods Hole Film Festival for a schedule of special events and film screenings all week long! The WHOI Ocean Science Discovery Center opens for the season on Monday, April 15, 2019 (open Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Monday, April 15: 1–3 p.m. - Meet a scientist/engineer, WHOI Ocean Science Discovery Center*

Tuesday, April 16: 10 a.m. - Surprise Island (100 minutes), WHOI Redfield Auditorium**

1–3 p.m. - Splash Lab, WHOI Ocean Science Discovery Center*

Wednesday, April 17: 10 - 10:30 a.m. - Marine Debris: Impacts & Solutions, WHOI Ocean Science Discovery Center*

1–3 p.m. - Meet a scientist/engineer, WHOI Ocean Science Discovery Center*

Thursday, April 18: 11 a.m. - Flying Deep, story time with WHOI Oceanographer, Hovey Clifford followed by an art project for children, WHOI Ocean Science Discovery Center*

Friday, April 19: 12 p.m. - Spirit of Discovery (60 minutes), a documentary journey with late legendary oceanographer Walter Munk, WHOI Redfield Auditorium**
