Job #1 – Credit Analyst III – Upper Cape

Full Time: Provide senior level analysis of most complex relationships. Maintain high level of expertise in both C&I and CRE borrower analysis, through continued training. Demonstrate ability to navigate and formulate independent credit analysis recommendations through analysis of borrower financials, projections, leases, construction budgets, sensitizing pro forma analysis, legal documentation, appraisals, enterprise value reports, asset-based reports/audits, and any other required information. Bachelors’ Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Commercial Lending area of a Commercial Bank, preferably as a senior credit analyst or portfolio manager.

Job #2 – Design Administrative Assistant – Lower Cape

Full Time: Manage emails, telephone, fax and mail correspondence and schedule for the Director of Design. Provide general administrative support to the Design Team including photocopying, faxing, and scanning materials, filing, designing and maintaining spreadsheets, developing presentations and other documents, taking minutes at meetings as needed.

Manage tasks related to regulatory filings and documentation. Arrange for travel and process expenses. Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Advanced Proficiency in M.S. Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) software. Familiarity with Sage CRM or other databases a plus. Working knowledge of Adobe Design Suite, particularly InDesign.
