The Gilded Oyster Hosts Grand Opening Weekend in Falmouth

Fine jewelry boutique opens doors with unique, seaside and Celtic pieces

FALMOUTH, MA -- The Gilded Oyster, a family-owned fine jewelry store, announces the grand opening of its new location with a host of celebratory events, May 3-5, 2019. Located on Main Street in Falmouth, the boutique cultivates and offers the craftsmanship of artisans from Cape Cod, New England, and across the ocean to Ireland and Scotland. The Gilded Oyster is owned by Denise Quinn and her husband Brian Quinn, who previously owned and operated Quinn’s Fine Jewelry, an award-winning fine jewelry and diamond retailer in Wilbraham, Massachusetts.

“Historic Main Street in the village of Falmouth is the perfect home for The Gilded Oyster. We’re thrilled to welcome the summer season, as we hope our seaside pieces connect deeply with both locals and visitors alike,” said Denise Quinn, founder and owner of The Gilded Oyster. “Moving to the Cape and opening a jewelry boutique -- one that incorporates both our passion and expertise -- has been a dream for us. Our cases shine brightly because of this community we’re so thrilled to now be part of.”

During its grand opening weekend, The Gilded Oyster will host a variety of events, featuring local-Falmouth businesses. The Gilded Oyster invites both the media and public to attend:

  Free gift bags (surprises inside!) given to the first 50 clients in store

  Oysters, shucked and served by Sippewissett Oysters
