Yarmouth Student Receives Scholarships from SUNY Oneonta

ONEONTA, NY - Cambria Horner of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, has been selected to receive the following scholarships at SUNY Oneonta: Board of Directors Scholarship for Support of Science & Technology and Janet Perna '70 Women in Technology Scholarship.

More than 700 students have been awarded scholarships at the annual scholarship dinner held on April 4. SUNY Oneonta's scholarship funds total over $60 million and are the result of contributions from donors, corporations and foundations. It is the largest endowment among SUNY comprehensive four-year colleges.

Located in the Leatherstocking Region of New York State, SUNY Oneonta is a mid-size, public, liberal arts and sciences college with a pre-professional focus. The college enrolls approximately 6,000 students in a wide variety of bachelor's degree programs and a number of graduate certificates and degrees.
