Juvenile Great Horned Owl Rescued

On Saturday May 4, 2019 at 18:30hrs a Yarmouth DNR Law Enforcement officer responded to the report of an injured owl in West Yarmouth.

A local resident had found the owl suffering some injuries and stood by for the officer to arrive.

The officer was able to safely collect the owl and subsequently transport it to Cape Wildlife Center for treatment.
