Job #1 – Assistant Town Accountant – Upper Cape

Full Time: Will provide senior-level accounting duties including general ledger/accounting tasks, supervision and review of expenditures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, preparation of various financial reports, various account reconciliations, budget analysis, fixed asset maintenance, and other functions as needed. Should have the ability to maintain accurate, organized and detailed records, excellent communication skills, work independently and under pressure to carry out assigned tasks. Must have minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with three to five years of experience in accounting. Job #2 – Program Manager – Outer Cape

Full Time: Oversee prevention and screening programs and staff and provide direct client services, including phlebotomy. Manage mobile and stationary outreach activities including overdose education and NARCAN distribution, Syringe Access, and PrEP Programs. Hire, train, and supervise seasonal and temporary outreach staff. Schedule seasonal outreach activities, including organizing testing events and activities. Master’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree or greater. Supervisory experience of 1 year required, Program Management of 1 year preferred. LCSW license preferred. Must be certified in phlebotomy or achieve certification within first 90 days of employment.
