Sturgis Library Will Be Closed Friday, May 10th

Water pipe work necessitates one-day closure...

From the Sturgis Public Library:

The Barnstable Water Department will be replacing valves on the water pipes along Route 6A in Barnstable Village on Friday, May 10th. The water supply to Sturgis Library will be shut off for the day, and so there will be no water in the building, and no bathroom access for the public or staff. Therefore, the Library will be closed for the day.

We plan to reopen on Saturday, May 11th at 10 am as usual.

If you have library materials that are due on Friday, a day of grace will be extended and no overdue fines will be accrued for that day.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call the library on Thursday at 508-362-6636.

Thank you for your understanding.
