Job #1 – Community Sales Associate – Upper Cape

Full Time: Assist the Sales Director with all aspects of the sales process such as lead base management, community events, networking and outreach, and community awareness. Provide administrative support services for the sales team as well as assist in the move-in process for the community. Compile the Move-In Packet. Prepare apartment with Welcome Basket and Name Plate. Ensure that model(s) are always well maintained. Assist with maintaining the Yardi lead base and maintaining and updating the Competitive Market Analysis. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Proficient in MS Office products, internet and industry specific software programs for marketing. Previous marketing and sales experience.

Job #2 – Day Supervisor – Lower Cape

Full Time: Supervise Special Education classroom aides and 1:1 staff. Active participation with students, clinical staff, administrative support staff, ancillary staff, parents, and supervisory and general management teams. Bachelor’s degree in special Education, Human Resources, Psychology or Social Work and two years SPED classroom experience preferred or equivalent experience. Strong behavior management skills required. Must exhibit ambulatory ability sufficient to physically intervene in instances of extreme behavior that might jeopardize the safety of students and staff. Supervisory experience preferred.
