Ducklings Recovered from Storm Drain in Hyannis

All babies reunited with their mother...

From the Town of Barnstable:

At 11:30 AM today, Senior Animal Control Officer Charlie Lewis with assist by Assistant Harbormaster / Moorings Officer Brian Taylor, rescued 9 ducklings that had fallen through a storm drain cover in front of 5 Uncle Al's Way, Hyannis. All were successfully reunited with momma duck.

A big thanks goes out to the alert young lady who called the incident in to the Marine & Environmental Affairs office.
