Job #1 – Referral Coordinator – Mid Cape

Full Time: Processes referrals/authorizations using appropriate method provided by insurance companies. Acts as a liaison between insurance and healthcare providers to ensure required referrals have been processed correctly for medical specialty visits. Documents and updates records to ensure all parties have accurate information. Communicates with patients to ensure follow-through with referrals or other care related needs. Accurately charts all information in EHR/EMR. High School diploma or GED and 2 years of experience working in a professional healthcare environment required. Intermediate computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications Word, Outlook, Excel.

Job #2 – Senior Customer Service Teller – Mid Cape

Full Time: Serve as a peer coach and develop less experienced Customer Services Tellers while supporting branch leadership. Provide exceptional customer service and accurately process customer service transactions. Resolve customer problems and help customers understand their banking options based on their personal preference. High School degree or GED required. Minimum of 1-year cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment. Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
