Bourne Police Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to Coke Trafficking Arrest

Over $16,000 cash recovered along with cocaine and marijuana....

From the Bourne Police Department:

At approximately 1129 hours, Officers from the Bourne Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on a gray colored Hyundai Elantra for speeding on Bournedale Road. 

During the motor vehicle stop, officers observed narcotics and evidence of drug distribution inside the vehicle. 

After further investigation, the vehicle operator, identified as Vincent Mollica (23) of Acushnet, and the passenger, Gordon Fitzgerald (22) of Plymouth, were both placed into custody for Trafficking Cocaine, Possession a Class B Drug and Possession to Distribute Class D Drug.

Officers seized over 17 ounces of various marijuana products, approximately 2.5 ounces of cocaine and over $16,000 cash from inside the vehicle. 

Mollica and Fitzgerald will be arraigned at Falmouth District Court on Wednesday, June 12, 2019.
