Job #1 – Grounds Laborer – Mid Cape

Full Time: Assist in the operations for maintenance and upkeep of sports fields, adjoining areas and equipment. Perform turf grass maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, fertilization, irrigation, over seeding, general repairs, spring/fall clean up. Painting for campus recreation programs and specialized painting such as logos, as required. Minor maintenance to all related equipment, including maintaining cleanliness. Assists in snow removal operation. One or more years’ experience in Athletic Field Maintenance. Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to write simple correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Salary $16.68 per hour with great benefits.

Job #2 – Full Charge Bookkeeper – Outer Cape

Full Time: Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable. Prepare checks for disbursements. Perform bank account reconciliations. Coordinate payroll with third party payroll processor.

Generate monthly financial statements for the company. Prepare budgets as instructed and following company policy and good accounting principles. Must have a strong working knowledge of Quickbooks and possess strong analytical skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred. 5 years’ experience in Bookkeeping, 2 years’ Accounting and Quickbooks preferred.
