Yarmouth DNR Rescues Owl that was Struck by Car

Screech Owl Rescued

Yarmouth DNR responded to the area of Union St for the report of an owl struck by a motor vehicle. 

Concerned citizens called after seeing an owl struck and in the road. The responding DNR Officer retrieved the owl and transported it to a local rehab center to be examined. 

We’ll keep you updated on its status!

We thank the concerned citizens of Yarmouth who promptly called our office to report it and made sure it wasn’t hit again!
