Job #1 – Maintenance Technician – Lower Cape
Full Time: Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment. Perform work area clean-up and safety related duties. Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs. Will assist in keeping grounds neat and clean. High School diploma or GED required. HVAC certification preferred. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have a valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance coverage as use of personal vehicle may be required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekends and “on-call” basis as necessary. Must be able to perform the following: be on feet, bend/stoop/squat/kneel, climb stairs, push/pull, reach above shoulder, climb ladders, grasp/grip/turn, finger dexterity, lift/carry up to 25 lbs., be able to read and understand maintenance forms and warning labels.
Job #2 – Business Office Director – Upper Cape
Full Time: Responsible for managing and supervising the business office functions. Primary resource for handling and managing questions/inquiries from residents and their families as well as from our own employees related to, among other things, cash receipts, billing, vendor payments, expenses, payroll and benefits. Coordinates and assists with maintaining accurate employee payroll and benefits data. Manages and supervises all front desk/clerical personnel including scheduling, assignment, direction, performance review, hiring and discipline. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field and two (2) years of experience with business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) to five (5) years in business office management, finance or accounting preferred.
