Job #1 – Branch Manager – Martha’s Vineyard

Full Time: Accountable for partnering with and referring customers to business partners including Business Banking, Commercial, Cash Management, Mortgage, Wealth Management and Investments. Ensure proper controls are maintained over all branch operational processes and regulatory requirements including Security, Compliance, and Retail Banking Policy & Procedures. Selects and develops quality employees. Effective independent outside networking and calling skills and strong ability to network and generate referrals. Requires a college degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience and strong leadership ability and a minimum of 2 years of previous retail banking or retail sales management experience.

Job #2 – Home/Soft and Hard Line Lead – Mid Cape

Full Time: Possess knowledge of store, services and location of merchandise. Tours department and prioritizes jobs that need to be completed. Understands financials for the business including sales, gross margin and waste. Displays strong skill sets in use of the RMU (Remote Maintenance Unit). Monitors shrink; takes appropriate action to minimize waste. Follows corporate guidelines relating to MC&C (Merchandise Claims & Control) and known loss merchandise. Demonstrates good use of EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) by applying sensors on designated items and ensuring tags are deactivated as goods are sold. Strong reading, writing, verbal and arithmetic skills. Ability to lift and move merchandise, typically a minimum of 20 lbs. but could be as much as 100 lbs. Must be 18 years of age or older. Salary starts at $13.25 per hour with benefits.
