Yarmouth Police Seek Felony Dumping Suspect

Sometime within the past few weeks, someone dumped all of this ugly trash in a wooded area on Summer Street in Yarmouthport near the Power Lines and Dennis Pond.

Our First Responders at the Town of Yarmouth Department of Public Works must now spend time and resources cleaning this up.

Illegally dumping large quantities of waste like this can carry fines of up to $25,000 and/or two years of prison. 

Please be on the alert for any illegal dumping and report it immediately.
