Job #1 – Showcase Sales Coordinator – Mid Cape

Full Time: Responsible for window product inside sales. Work with outside sales and showcase manager to develop and implement systems and procedures to streamline the office management of the showcase. Work with walk in Showcase customers: show them product options, answer questions, make suggestions. Schedule deliveries to the customer, which includes contacting customers to ensure readiness of delivery, coordinating timing and site contacts of delivery to ensure expeditious delivery, pre-qualifying customers as to potential back orders and arranging for payments due (COD). Become proficient in the use of Outside Quote Systems and company mainframe computer system. High School Diploma required as well as computer aptitude and willingness to learn product and computer systems.

Job #2 – Computer Operator – Upper Cape

Full Time: This is a full-time position that may include nights and weekends, current hours of work vary. Responsibilities include performing nightly computer routines, including end of day processing, printing and distribution of reports, assisting various departments with special requests, support of users via on-site and remote telephone support, and other duties as assigned. Must have reliable transportation. Ideal candidate will have technical computer training and work experience.
