Join Labyrinth Quests facilitator, Dr. Margaret Rappaport for a meditative outdoor walk at Chase Park Labyrinth in Chatham, MA on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.

The theme for focus is Hope. The walk is accompanied by inspirational music selected by Darlene T. Hagon to enhance solitary and group meditation experiences. The labyrinth will be candlelit for ambiance.

Hope is a familiar word with a variety of meanings. Dr. Rappaport will tell brief stories of both aspen trees and angels that the walkers may find are useful metaphors for how Hope works in our lives.   Hope requires solitude and solitude is the only way to hope.  Walking the Labyrinth opens people to this fundamental insight.

Participants may walk the labyrinth or sit quietly to observe. The walk will be approximately thirty minutes.
