Job #1 – Office Manager – Mid Cape

Full Time: Responsible for professionally interacting with clients and financial services personnel. In addition, provides operational and administrative support to the Owner/ President. This position requires an individual who has great customer service and organizational skills, enjoys performing multiple tasks with impeccable accuracy and enjoys working independently. Successful candidates will have a strong track record with technology, detailed follow- through, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor. Administrative and client service with at least 2 years of experience in the financial service industry is required. Salary is $22.00 per hour with benefits included.

Job #2 – Development Specialist – Outer Cape

Full Time: Provides support and assistance to program participants in the areas of independent living, self-management within the community, social and independent living skills development and effective and behavioral management. Communicates with families and providers, as required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 1-year prior experience in a community health setting. Ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with coworkers and supported individuals and read fluently. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required. Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated training required upon hire.
