Job #1 – Financial Service Representative Supervisor I – Upper Cape

Full Time: Provide direct customer service at a full-service branch and assist the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and FSR Supervisor II in overseeing the branch. Act in a supervisory capacity for purposes of opening and closing, provide overrides for Teller/FSRs and provide guidance and support to Tellers, Teller/FSRs and FSRs for more complex transactions. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred OR pursuing Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of one year of financial services experience. NMLS Registration required. Must have a minimum one-year cash handling experience and one-year customer service experience. Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills preferred.

Job #2 – Behavior Specialist – Lower Cape

Full Time: Provide behavior management of students using CPI, in conjunction with teachers, teacher aides and residential staff. Bachelor’s Degree in human services field or equivalent experience, including one-year experience with special needs population. Strong therapeutic behavior management skills required. Requirements include valid driver’s license and the ability to handle children in crisis safely, with compassion. Salary starts at $16.30 per hour with fantastic benefits.
