Falmouth Police Arrest Two on Multiple Charges Including Firearms

From the Falmouth Police (verbatim):

Two Arrested for Illegal Possession of a Gun, Drugs & Ammunition- Friday evening Officers responded to Shorewood Dr. for a report of a suspicious person.

They located a questionable van with an expired Colorado registration and determined that the operator was unlicensed.

During a pre-tow inventory one of the officers located drugs and ammunition.

Accordingly, the van was towed to the police station and a search warrant was obtained.

A search of the van was then conducted and a Glock 9 mm pistol was located and seized. Along with the pistol, officers also seized handgun magazines, hypodermic needles, fireworks, ammunition, and a small amount of drugs.

The seizure resulted in the arrest of both the operator and the passenger, who was also the owner of the van. 19-17814
