Full Time:  Duties include performing administrative and clerical tasks related to landfill billing and collections data entry, website updates, work order system reporting, record retention, and routine purchasing procedures. High School diploma and one (1) year of related work experience in an office environment; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Job #2 – Administrator – Mid Cape

PART-TIME POSITION: Responsible for overseeing the administration, grant writing, implementation and reporting of current and new grants and implementation of the organizations strategic plan. Other key duties include fundraising, grant research, small grant writing, grant implementation and reporting, marketing and community outreach using a variety of methods including social media. With the CEO hires and evaluates the Program Director and administrative/clerical staff. Bachelor’s Degree required. Working with non-profit organization and volunteers, experience grant writing and managing reporting requirements for awards and grants from multiple funding sources including overall grants management, and 3 -5 years of high-level management experience also required.
