Job #2 – Administrator – Mid Cape
PART-TIME POSITION: Responsible for overseeing the administration, grant writing, implementation and reporting of current and new grants and implementation of the organizations strategic plan. Other key duties include fundraising, grant research, small grant writing, grant implementation and reporting, marketing and community outreach using a variety of methods including social media. With the CEO hires and evaluates the Program Director and administrative/clerical staff. Bachelor’s Degree required. Working with non-profit organization and volunteers, experience grant writing and managing reporting requirements for awards and grants from multiple funding sources including overall grants management, and 3 -5 years of high-level management experience also required.
