Yarmouth Crash Sends Four to Hospital

Utility pole snapped, plunging neighborhood into darkness...

Four people were transported to Cape Cod Hospital after a car struck a utility pole near the Hunter's Green Motel on Route 28 in Yarmouth.  The 10 p.m. crash Friday night took down power wires and snapped a utility pole, plunging 830 Eversource customers into darkness

The crash closed Route 28 between Winslow Gray Road and South Sea Avenue.

The crash is under investigation by Yarmouth Police.
