After today's pleasant temps, summerlike warmth/humidity returns Wed afternoon with highs in the middle to upper 80s. Much of Wed will be dry, but a few thunderstorms are possible late across western MA/northern CT.

Partly cloudy, with a low around 61. South wind 8 to 10 mph.
Wednesday
Partly sunny, with a high near 72. Southwest wind 10 to 16 mph.
Wednesday Night
A chance of showers, mainly after 3am. Patchy fog after 4am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 64. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Thursday
A chance of showers, mainly before 4pm. Patchy fog before 8am, then patchy fog after 10am. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 70. Northwest wind 7 to 13 mph becoming northeast in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 24 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
