Job #1 – Achievers Program Coordinator – Mid Cape
Full Time: Position Summary: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing program area, staff, and participants. Provides a quality experience to participants focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. Essential Functions: Plans and implements lessons plans and/or program delivery assignments. In conjunction with director, hires, trains, develops, schedules and directs personnel and volunteers as needed. Leads activities for assigned group of participants as necessary. Effectively communicates with parents and/or participants regarding scheduling and requirements of programs. Completes reports as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School/GED required with some college preferred. Certifications: One year previous work experience in a similar program. Previous experience in recreation, teaching, childcare, or physical education, as appropriate.. Excellent human relation skills, good organizational and communication skills. Previous experience with diverse populations preferred. Physical Demands: Sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions of position. Full Time: We are seeking motivated candidates excited about the chance to join our East Harwich team. The Universal Banker is the primary customer contact and provides centralized and comprehensive banking services to meet each customer’s needs. This team member tailors product recommendations to help each customer attain their personal financial goals. Additional responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, providing product education, opening, servicing and resolving account discrepancies. The ideal candidates will possess retail banking experience, a strong commitment to superior customer service, close attention to detail, knowledge of online banking and current technical skills to help troubleshoot common mobile device issues. The successful candidates will also have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to interact effectively with customers.
