Concert with Violinist Gabriel Wheaton

Tuesday, October 15th at 7pm

Wellfleet Public Library 55 W. Main Street, Wellfleet, MA 02667

Free and open to all

Gabriel Wheaton’s 5-string violin and looper surround the audience in a lush forest of harmony and rhythm. His renditions of pop covers surprise and delight, while improvisations draw the listener into the act of spontaneous creation.

His solo album, Single Source integrates folk, Celtic, classical and pop influences.

“What he has done here, all with one instrument, is remarkable. His arrangements and orchestrations are ingenious. He’s a superb and soulful player.” - Paul Winter

Gabriel graduated from UCLA in music composition. His passion for improvisation led to the emergence of We The Folk, a UCLA-based acoustic latin gypsy soul band. Gabriel works in Northern and Southern California as a freelance composer, producer and violinist. He has performed and recorded with artists such as T-Pain, Mako, Elle King and Natasha Bedingfield.

Join him this Fall as he embarks upon The Red Fiddler Tour across the USA.
