Job #1 – Administrative Assistant – Lower Cape

Full Time: High level office administrator to work in a fast paced, high energy office. Strong organizational skills demonstrated ability for multi-tasking and the ability to be flexible and to tackle different challenges. Familiarity with the building and/or landscaping trades a plus.  Must have strong computer skills and be knowledgeable about Excel, Outlook and Word.  Must have good customer service skills. Salary commensurate with experience plus benefits.

Job #2 – Financial Counselor – Mid-Cape

Full Time: Provide direct services to patients in financial providing patients with information and education regarding medical insurance whether their own or by enabling them to obtain medical insurance coverage; advocacy and liaison services with insurance providers. Assist patients with completing and processing of insurance applications and related paperwork. Other duties registering new patients; verifying scheduled appointments, insurance information, entering pertinent patient data and account information; insuring data is current and accurate; collecting fees as appropriate and explaining insurance options. Minimum High school diploma or GED, 2 years of experience in a professional office environment, excellent verbal and written communications skills, excellent customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel. May substitute 1 Year of experience for bilingual capacity (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese).  Competitive salary plus benefits.
