The Cape Cod Technology invites you to join Agile Trainer/Coach/Consultant and Certified Scrum Master Gene Sorbo as he presents a deep-dive workshop on Agile and Scrum for Leaders and Teams on Friday, November 15th, at 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, just off Rt. 6 at the Hyannis Golf Club on Route 132 in Hyannis.

Come join Agile Trainer/Coach/Consultant and Certified Scrum Master Gene Sorbo for a hands-on Agile and Scrum deeper dive workshop, where we will discover the values and principles of Agile, the project delivery roles, ceremonies, and best practices of the Scrum framework, and how to practically apply all to become truly Agile and accomplish twice as much work in half the time (and have some fun along the way)!

Agile is known as a methodology for software development, but its principles can be applied to just about any team, from nonprofits to retail to foodservice. Gene and his wife even use Agile to manage their household.

Gene is an Agile Trainer/Coach/Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, and Professional ICF Leadership Coach, with 35 years of combined Software Engineering, Small Business, and Non-Profit leadership experience. Gene effectively combines professional Coaching with a deep and broad understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices to train and build up high performing Agile leaders and teams. Gene’s “secret sauce” is his ability to work with all kinds of organizations, people, and teams to help them be more productive and enjoy working together.
