“MIRACLES” Annual Small Works Exhibit & Sale and Benefit for LIFE (Living Independently Forever, Inc) at Woodruff’s Art Center in Mashpee Commons
November 17 - December 31 a small works exhibit and sale will take place at Woodruff’s Art Center in Mashpee Commons and will benefit LIFE (Living Independently Forever, Inc.) There is an Opening Reception on Sunday, November 17th from 5-7pm. Refreshments will be served and there is a Talk at 5:15pm with Sandra Waite of LIFE.
A percentage of all sales from the show will benefit LIFE and raffle tickets will be available for a chance to win a beautiful framed work “Moon Over Dune” by the late Ned Manter, with 100% of the raffle sales going to LIFE. LIFE (Living Independently Forever, Inc) is a unique non profit organization on Cape Cod that has been serving adults with intellectual disabilities and autism for 25 years. Their mission is to assist individuals in developing the skills they need to function as independently as possible within the community and achieve self-fulfillment and happiness.
Hundreds of original creations will be on exhibit in small sizes, under 12x12, affording wonderful one-of-a-kind items perfect for artful gift giving. In addition to oil paintings, pastels, gouache and watercolors the show also includes photography, jewelry, fiber art, collage, ornaments, sculpture, gloves and many unique items
