#1 – Crew leader/Forestry – Upper Cape

Full Time: Opening for experienced supervisor to direct and work with a crew that engages in public works construction and maintenance activities; identifies trees and problem situations in need of attention; schedules work; determines appropriate methods and techniques for completing job; assigns subordinates to tasks; oversees and evaluates work. High school diploma; additional courses in Arboriculture or related field preferred; three years’ experience in public works construction and maintenance projects and heavy equipment operation including tree maintenance; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement. Valid Hoisting Engineer License, Restriction 2-A or 2-B, and OSHA 10 Certification. Must apply by January 24, 2020.

#2 – Housekeeping Director – Lower Cape

Full Time: Responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of guest accommodations and public space and sees that all personnel performing housekeeping functions carry out their assignments in accordance with established standards. He/She is responsible for all housekeeping labor, supplies, linen, equipment, work orders to maintenance staff, and any other duties as assigned or required.  Ensures operating procedures are in compliance with all state and federal regulations with regard to OSHA and HAZCOM. Preference will be given to candidates with three years’ experience in housekeeping in the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort environment.
