#1 – Intake Coordinator – Mid Cape

Full Time: Responsible for greeting clients and visitors, evaluating service needs, and making referrals to appropriate programs.  Answers incoming phone calls, distributes all incoming correspondence, collects and enters client data into appropriate software systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to be compassionate, ability to interact with high risk clients while being respectful and keeping appropriate boundaries. Basic knowledge regarding housing programs is required. Ability to work 10am to 6pm Monday - Thursday, 9am to 5pm Friday, and a 1/2-day Saturday in a rotating schedule.

#2 – Accounts Receivable Manager – Lower Cape

Full Time: Manage all facets of the Accounts Receivable and collection process across the Billing team and provide regular reporting to Executives as requested. File monthly/quarterly sales and use taxes, and register new states as required. Maintain and drive enhancements, and process improvements driving continued digital transformation of the Billing and A/R process. Requires 5+ years of prior experience in receivables, accounting or similar position. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other business-related programs preferred. Must be expert in MS Excel and Office programs.
