by Katherine Joyce & Robert Bastille (

CENTERVILLE – Listen carefully as Tom Phillips, owner of Books By The Sea, outlines a terrible and drawn out elaborate scam he fell victim to, despite doing everything right!

The local police are helpless. The FBI is unreachable. And basically all parts of government are seemingly powerless to help the victims, or at least stop these scammers.

In the HN Video below you’ll hear how the thieves are winning and honest shop owners are being ripped off with impunity!

In the case of Mr. Phillips, he’s looking down the double barrel of a fund-depleting nightmare, apparently enabled by a litany of both government and private bureaucracies that should be protecting us, but sadly are unable to get the job done.

In the case of Mr. Phillips, he’s dangerously close to losing a business he poured his heart and soul into.

Thieves win, we lose! Right? (Unfortunately, that seems to be the current mind-boggling reality!)

Something needs to be done! But what?

Someplace to turn for help is necessary! But where?

The following HN Video is a must watch for everyone, business owners especially. Listen carefully as soft spoken Mr. Phillips clearly articulates and carefully breaks down a complicated problem that seemingly has our most powerful officials both baffled and impotent.
