#2 Sales Coordinator – Mid Cape      

Full Time:  Assist the Sales Department by performing administrative functions. This will include answering phones, filing, coordinating marketing/advertising projects, as well as our meetings and catering sales efforts, distributing inquiries to Sales team, create sales kits, and other duties as assigned. Experience equivalent to intermediate, or preferably advanced, user level in: Microsoft Office. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to review written material for compliance with rules of correspondence and grammar. Must be able to type a minimum of 50 wpm with accuracy. Flexibility to work hours outside the typical workday (Monday through Friday) based on business demands is required. Applicants with prior hotel and/or hotel sales experience preferred.
