New Players Needed for Cape Cod Senior Softball League

Open practices start March 28th

Harwich, MA - The Cape Cod Senior Softball League is looking for new players for the 2020 season, it’s 33rd. Current and new players can begin weekly open practices at Potter and Memorial fields in Harwich on Saturday, March 28 at 9:00am. New player orientation is Saturday, April 11 at 11:30am at the Harwich Community Center. New player evaluation clinics will be held on Saturday, April 18, and Saturday, April 25 at 9:00am and Wednesday, April 22 at 5:00pm at Potter and Memorial fields in Harwich. New players must attend at least two evaluation clinics to be placed on a team. League play begins May 11 on fields in Harwich, Dennis and Yarmouth and continues twice a week Monday through Thursday through Labor Day.

There are also additional weekday mornings and Saturday morning practice playing opportunities as well. This is a friendly, competitive slow-pitch league for anyone (male and female) 50 and over.
