Six Pints and a Shot

Heard at the O'Sioda Pub in Boston, Mass on St. Patrick's Day evening...

After One Pint

I'll take you home again, Kathleen,

Across the ocean wild and wide,

To where your heart has ever been,

Since you were first my bonnie bride,

The roses all have left your cheek,

I've watched them fade away and die,

Your voice is sad whenever you speak,

And tears bedim your loving eyes.

After Two Pints

I'll take you home again, Kathleen,

Across the ocean wild and wide,

To where your heart has ever been,

Since you were first my bonnie bride,

The roses all have left your cheek,

I've watched them fade away and die,

Your voice is sad whenever you speak,

And tears bedim your loving eyes.

After Three Pints

I'll take you home again, Kathleen,

Across the ocean wild and wide,

To where your heart has been,

Since you were my bonnie bride,

The roses have all left your cheek,

I've watched them fade away and die,

Your voice is sad when you speak,

And tears do dim your loving eyes.

After Four Pints

I'll take you home again, Kathleen,

Across the ocean wide and wild,

To where your heart is been,

Since you are my bonnie bride,

The roses have left your cheeks,

I've watched them fade and die,

Your voice is sad when you speak,

And tears are in your loving eyes.

After Five Pints

I'll take you home again, Kathleen,

Across the ocean oh so wide,

To where your heart is clean,

Since you are my bonnie bride,

The roses are so very pink,

I've heard that they have all died,

And it's sad when I hear you speak,

And tears are in your blue eyes.

After Six Pints

I'll bring you home again, Kathleeeeeeen,

Across the oceans oceans wide,

To where my heart is ever seen,

Since you're my boney bride,

The roses are .... la la pink,

I've heard the something something died,

And the saddenessness is so strink(?),

Tears are in your blue-ish eyes.

After Six Pints and a Shot

I'm bring-in ya home again, Kathy,

Across the oceans in your eyes,

Where the oceans are so ... green,

You my boney, boney bride,

I'll bring ya home again, Kathy,

Something something something eyes,

La la la la la la la-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a,

Tears are grmph(?) la la your eyes.

After Six Pints,  a Shot, and a cup of Black Coffee

Oh Danny Boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling!
