Good yoga pose for your back and core

cobra poseCobra pose is a fantastic backbend - utilizing your core muscles and your back muscles. It also opens your chest and helps with your breathing capacity. Instructions: lie on your belly, stretched out, with your arms by your sides. Place your hands about shoulder height palms down on the floor - and slowly lift your head, and upper body upward in a gentle curve. Keep your hands on floor.  Breathe about 3 slow breaths and then slowly come down again.

Repeat 2-3 times.
