Simple lateral yoga stretch

This is a simple yoga stretch you can do right at your computer. You don't have to get into a cross leg posture on the floor like my mom Jamila here, just sit up tall, elongate your spine, and reach your right arm high up overhead and to the left side. Take a deep breath and relax your face and shoulders. Then stretch the other side - this will give you a little recharge.
