Nature-Inspired Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

Salute the sun with a nature-inspired Vinyasa Flow yoga class at Mass Audubon’s Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary. Breathe in the ocean air and scenic vista from this peaceful sanctuary nestled along the shores of Barnstable Harbor.

All levels are welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and dress comfortably.

Indoor option is available for inclement weather.

Drop-ins $15 or 6 classes for $60. All proceeds benefit Mass Audubon.

Wednesdays from 7 am to 8 am, June 4th – September 24th, 2008.
