Bill was also an active member of Falmouth Elks Lodge #2380 who contributed much time and goodwill especially at each Friday night fish fry. His exceptional gardening skills and knowledge were self-evident which was enjoyed by all his neighbors, visitors or those just passing by. As a true friend and protector, Bill embraced animals of all kinds and was especially fond of his loyal dog, Aussie, who he loved taking on long walks.
