Barney Frank changes position on Cape Wind; announces his support for project
Frank now describes previous stance as a mistake
Jack Coleman reports in the Wind Farmer's Almanac, that Congressman Barney Frank has described his previous opposition to the Cape Wind project as a mistake.
Says Frank, while "the general principle of following the lead of my colleagues on matters that affect their particular districts physically is an important one," Frank wrote in an email to constituents, "it should not be allowed to override fundamental policy questions. "
