New organic farmers' market debuts in Falmouth June 7th

Joins growning number of farmers' markets on Cape Cod

On Tuesday, June 7, 2011, A Green Harvest Farmers' Market will debut at the Barnstable County Fairgrounds in East Falmouth.  The farmers' market, which will feature local and fresh, sustainably grown, organic produce, will be open every Tuesday from 12pm to 6pm through November 15, 2011.

The market will be open rain or shine, according to the promotors and will be held indoors in inclement weather.

A Green Harvest Farmers' Market is a collaboration between the Falmouth Visitor Guide and Barnstable County Fairgrounds.

The Barnstable County Fairgrounds are at 1220 Nathan Ellis Highway (Route 151) in East Falmouth.  Enter through the Currier Road Gate. There is plenty of onsite parking.
