Beacon Hospice to offer free "Workout Grief" support group in Hyannis starting April 28

Six-week support group to begin on April 28

Beacon Hospice has partnered with The Woman's Workout Fitness Company to offer a Free Work out Grief six week bereavement support program.

The program beings on Saturday, April 28, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and ends on Saturday, June 2.

Women eighteen years of age and over who are grieving, are invited to take part in this new group which will use exercise to help improve one’s sense of overall wellbeing while also addressing the emotional aspects of grief.

All sessions will take place at the Women’s Workout Fitness Company, 865 Attucks's Lane, in Hyannis.

Exercise routines will be tailored to each individual’s need. This group is facilitated by Charlene S. Poliquin, MSW, Bereavement Coordinator for Beacon Hospice and the Susan Taylor, Owner of Woman’s Workout Company.

There is no charge to attend this group.
