Cape Cod Bird Club offers scholarship for Cape teen to attend nature camp this summer

Application and essay due by January 7, 2013

The Cape Cod Bird Club (CCBC)  has announced a scholarship for a Cape Cod teen between the ages of 14 and 18 to attend a birdwatching and natural history camp in Maine this summer.  The camp is operated by the National Audubon Society, according to a release from CCBC.

The $995 tuition for the Coastal Maine Bird Studies for Teens Camp will be covered by CCBC. The camp will be held June 23-28, 2013 at the Hog Island Audubon Camp in Bremen, Maine.

Applicants must be residents of Cape Cod.

The completed application and a 250-500 word essay is due by January 7, 2013 and may be sent to:
