Jury selection in the trial of Gina Clark, the founder/CEO of the now defunct Touched by Angels charity, begins today in Barnstable Superior Court.

In March 2011, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office brought the charges against Clark and her arraignment was held in the beginning of May 2011.  News correspondents and alleged victims jockeyed for a look at Clark as she entered the courthouse on that day.

At her arraignment, Clark and her organization pleaded not guilty to all of the 32 counts which included Larceny by Embezzlement over $250 (15 counts), Larceny by Embezzlement under $250, Gross Fraud, Illegal Lottery Scheme, Minimum Wage Violations (10 counts), Overtime Law Violations (2 counts), Failure to Provide Proper Paystub, Independent Contractor violations

Almost two years later, the jury selection will begin and Clark's trial will be underway.
